In addition to a range of plans, we offer a choice of funding options to suit your needs and budget, helping you offer a highly valued employee benefit:
 

You provide our Traffic Law Plans as a core benefit to some or all of your employees, and pay the full premium.
  • These benefits are offered as a Benefit in Kind, and are subject to taxation as defined by the Inland Revenue.
  • There must be a minimum of 3 employees in your company.
  • You can provide your employees with a lower level of cover and allow them to upgrade at their own cost.
  • You can pay the premium for a certain group of employees, and allow other employees to fund their own traffic law cover.
  • You can provide different levels of cover to different groups of employees.
  • You can pay for your employees' dependants, or allow your employees to fund their dependants' cover.

 

Company funded Flexible Benefits scheme

You provide your employees with the opportunity to select our Road Traffic Law plan(s) from the benefits available to them, and pay the premiums for those that do.
  • These benefits are offered as a Benefit in Kind, and are subject to taxation as defined by the Inland Revenue.
  • There must be a minimum of 50 employees in your company.
  • You can choose to include your employees' dependants within the scheme or allow your employees to fund their dependants' cover.

Employee paid Flexible Benefits/salary deduct scheme

You provide your employees with the opportunity to select our Road Traffic Law plan(s). The employee pays the premium via salary deduction.
  • There must be a minimum of 3 employees in your company.
  • You can allow your employees to pay for their dependants’ Road Traffic Law cover.

Employee paid scheme (Individual Direct Debit)

You provide your employees with the opportunity to select our Road Traffic Law plan(s). The employee deals directly with us and pays the premium via Standing Order.
  • There must be a minimum of 3 employees in your company.
  • Your employees can pay for their dependants’ Road Traffic Law cover.
